Job DescriptionKeo & Associates is a General Contractor, Construction Manager and Design Build company. We are seeking a Director of Construction Field Operations to join our team. MUST HAVE A STRONG COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND. To manage overall field operations. Incumbent will be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems/processes. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Previous work experience with a General Contractor/Construction company is desired.
RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE , BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Enforcing policies and procedures
  • Coordinate operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
  • Forecast requirement; prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective action
  • Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and layout; implement changes
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations (manpower projections)

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in the area of Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
  • 8-10 years of experience in the field of construction operations.
  • Must be familiar with a variety of commercial construction field concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Commercial construction experience only.
