A-1 Total Service Plumbing is Hiring a Commercial Business Development Representative (BDR) Near Los Angeles, CA

Are you a driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the plumbing industry? A-1 Total Service Plumbing is seeking a full-time Commercial Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our adventurous team in Los Angeles, CA.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

The pay for this position is competitive with potential to make from $150,000 to $250,000 annually based on commission structure along with significant performance-based bonuses.

Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.

All that you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in commercial business development, with a preference for those experienced in our industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the LA and OC areas. Travel outside of this area is
    sometimes required.

As a Commercial Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a vital role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors. By cultivating lasting relationships with key decision-makers and engaging in commercial business associations and networking events, you will have the opportunity to promote our services and drive growth.

Your responsibilities will also include developing tailored sales strategies that align with company goals, implementing effective follow-up processes using CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive business development strategy.
