We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, taking messages as necessary
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with opening and sorting the mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
- Assist with project coordination as assigned
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
