Key team support responsible for coordinating, planning and organizing photoshoots, video shoots and content creation. This position is in our Development Center located in Costa Mesa, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist brand marketing and media team with content planning (photo, video, copy, etc.) including pre-production, sample pulls & tracking, product orders, props, talent and location coordination.
• Maintains communication with all project stakeholders, flags issues & determines the best course of action to keep projects on track.
• Conducts regular photoshoot meetings with the team to present progress reports and roadblocks.
• Prepares wardrobe, props, etc. and builds looks for upcoming shoots.
• Sample Coordination : Communicates cross functionally with product development and other departments to ensure samples across all categories arrive at the studio on-time and are vetted by product team.
• Coordinates photo requests, ensuring they are fully vetted prior to shooting, are shot accurately, and image files are delivered on time for all requests.
• Ensure all product photography and creative photography within the studio have been shot and edited to our set workflow standards.
• Maintain content meta tagging and asset management
• Maintain and track content and photography requests, keeping the teams up to date with a weekly status report.
• Own the organization and cleanliness of the photo studio’s storage area as well as inventory samples and product as needed.
• Communicate weekly cross-departmentally when new product photography and creative photography image assets are available.
• Travel as needed

QUALIFICATIONS :

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following credentials :

• A Degree from a 4-year College or University
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and must be extremely organized
• A passion for content development and production
• Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one, small or large group setting to customers, clients, and other employees of 5.11
• Attention to detail, a high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well on a team
