As Facilities Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager. You will help set goals, define and implement strategies, and evaluate results to ensure business goals and objectives are met or exceeded.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Coordination with District Managers to determine accurate project scope
  • Vendor sourcing and proposal solicitation
  • Obtaining authorizations from Asset Managers and or OPS to proceed with work
  • Scheduling of vendors to provide Repair, Maintenance & CAP X work
  • Communicating scheduling & status to Senior Ops, District Manager & Store manager
  • Maintaining updates in Smartsheets of project status and committed costs
  • Project coordination with team members, contractors and direct vendors;
  • Preparation of contracts and contract exhibits as required 
  • Coordination of vendor invoices approvals and processing;
  • Vendor invoice input into Nexus system
  • Participation in project coordination meetings

About You:

  • Education: BA/ BS Degree Preferred 
  • Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in Faciities Management or Construction experience
  • Computer Skills: Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with SmartSheets
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including active listening 
  • The ability to be a part of a team to help support and motivate as needed to ensure a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Ability to create a scope of work
  • Critical thinker that can consider alternate solutions to a problem
  • Relationship skills: ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships – both internal and external.
  • Organizational skills/Multi-tasking: Exceptional organization skills with the ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; and an ability to work at a detailed level.
