401GO is a rapid growth fintech start-up with a relentless focus on helping hard-working Americans prepare for retirement. We’ve built the world's most advanced and fully automated retirement platform and need a Business Development Manager to help us grow our financial advisor channel.
We’re looking for someone that has experience growing accounts within the fintech space. You must have strong communication skills, be self-driven, and focused on growth.

Territory: West Coast, Mountain West, Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, South Central
Travel expectations: Up to 25%
Qualifications:
5 years of wholesale experience with financial advisors
People person: It’s sort of a given, right?
System savvy: We want someone that can navigate new systems and learn quickly
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial advisor space
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of 401GO's retirement plan solutions, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential partners.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies.
