This position is required to work from 1:00PM – 6:00PM Monday – Friday. 9:00-3:00pm Saturday

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate frequently with the sales team to handoff communications, capture information, and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Engage with field technicians  daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
  • Prepare detailed daily & monthly sales reports containing relevant information on prospects regarding leads, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts
  • Provide phone quotes, respond to online quotes 
  • Follow up and nurture leads
  • Make sales (convert leads into sales)
  • Manage all customers interactions
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Document, track, measure (leads, conversions)
  • Submit weekly reports
  • maintaining clients relationship with follow up phone calls
  • Responding to the emails
  • Follow up on complains 
  • book cleaning appointments and recurring cleaning schedule
  • social media marketing

Results expected:

100%. Of quote requests completed same day

100% of quotes actively nurtured

100% customer satisfaction with the level of our customer service

Convert prospects to sale at 50% or higher
