Position Summary
Provides high-level administrative support as a executive assistant This position requires the ability to anticipate needs and think critically with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality , in a manner that serves as a positive reflection of the company. The position requires the ability to provide solutions that facilitate the executive managers, ability to lead the company effectively.
General Duties

-Lil OCD to keep me straight & organized !
-Task orientated ( gets things done)
-Willing to work Flexible hoursOrganize calendars and schedules for the executive
· Manage sensitive business and personal matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
· Good communication and time management skills.
· Serve as the gatekeeper between public, customer, and the executive
· Ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
· Responsive to all emails and phone calls.
· Draft correspondence
· Provide and manage reports as needed.
· Process expense reports.
· Assist with special projects as assigned.
