We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through market research, negotiation, and business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, outside sales, or account management
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts
- Familiar with network devices such as Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Access Points, and Security Cameras.
We are a start up so this is a 100% commission based position, however we are offering 15% commission per sale, and after $20,000 of sales you will receive 2% of all sales revenue in your region.
We provide $150 a week for a fuel allowance. Upon hire you will be sent personalized business cards to distribute in your region. After your first $5,000 in sales you will receive 14 days worth of 3Phase Networking work apparel.
