Helping young adults with autism live their very best adult life
Write behavior plans/ contracts for students struggling and tweak periodically to ensure progress on goals
Train staff direct support staff on behavior management, program level systems, process and procedures
Work with Transition Academy professor on classroom management, behavior in the classroom, and generalization to home settings
Collaborate with Director on client scheduling, clients programming
Help to ensure safety and welfare of clients and staff at all times
Collaborate with leadership staff and professionals outside of 29 Acres to ensure innovation

Serve as an advocate for students
Promote 29 Acres and programs and overall mission
Schedule:
40 hour work week, hours are flexible
Weekend on call rotation (approximately every 3 weekends)
Onsite (Denton/Little Elm)
What do you need?
Excitement for making a difference
Willingness to learn new skills and work on a team
Experience working with people with autism or other neurodiversity, 2 years (Required)
Masters Degree (Required)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed (Required)
Experience working with adults preferred
A commitment to show up everyday including reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
