21Tech, LLC. is seeking an EAM Project Manager to join our company. Location
Candidate will work in a remote capacity with travel expected up to 50%. Company may change work location as it deems necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
· Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
· Manage all aspects of a project, including management of scope, issues, risks, budget and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
· Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitates the project team meetings.
· Drive path forward on projects by acting as liaison between client and 21Tech project teams providing clarity, strategy, and direction on business process and functional solutions.
· Prepare timeline, estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
· Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team.
· Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
· Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques.
Qualifications:
· 5 years of technology-related consulting experience, ideally in Asset Management solutions.
· Ability to lead large multi-year .
· Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies. SCRUM leadership nice to have.
· Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
· Managed large project team.
· Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, and achieve objectives.
· Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
· Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
· Technically competent with various software programs, primarily Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and Microsoft Project.
Education:
· BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· PMP Certification
