Job Summary:
The customer service representative (CSR) is responsible for taking and verifying the accuracy of customer orders prior to placing the order into Oracle system. The CSR is expected to use independent analysis and judgment skills to answer customer inquiries or resolve problems related to the customer's account or order status via phone, email, or fax. This position requires collaborative efforts with the engineering, production, planning and shipping departments. With comprehensive experience the customer service representative can move into jobs that involve more skill and greater responsibility.
