This is a full-time position:

We are currently in a Hybrid work model where you will be in the office 2x/week and working remotely from home 3x/week. This schedule is subject to change. Must be able to work remotely from home (reliable internet and a quiet and dedicated work space.) and/or in the Vista office. (Equipment will be provided.)

Initial Training Schedule:

8am-5pm 3x/week in-office: (Tue/Wed/Thur) for first 60 days

Permanent shift Schedule

8am-5pm in-office Tue/Thur, 8am-5pm remote Mon/Wed/Fri

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, chat, support tickets, and email correspondence.
• Assist customers with domain names, account access, and order/domain status, as well as related products such as Google Workspace, Cloudflare, and SSL certificates. Provide assistance with provisioning, billing and technical issues, including troubleshooting nameserver/DNS.
• Resolve customer issues promptly by identifying the problem, providing the best solution, and ensuring follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Offer and upsell our portfolio of products & services based on customer needs.
• Outreach to customers to assist them with completing their pending order(s), collecting required documentation and offering complimentary services.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, administration or related position
• Have an interest in IT, the internet and computers
• Personable and attentive
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Impeccable attendance and punctuality
• Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
