Your role extends to the forefront of innovation as you test and implement client-specific enhancements, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Communication with clients takes center stage as you navigate seamlessly between addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing dedicated post-implementation support. In this dynamic position, your primary activities will encompass client communication, comprehensive testing, issue resolution, and ongoing post-implementation support. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field 1 year of experience developing, supporting or implementing [packaged] application software 6 months experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database Requires up to 25% travel.
