This unique opportunity with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? (Pensacola) is for someone ready to jump in with both feet and help drive this new franchise location forward from the seat of our trucks. You will have the close support of years of experience from successful business owners and managers to coach and guide you.

The Operations Manager should be a high-energy professional who is hands on as we grow this new Franchise. Being proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to lead a team from the front lines of the business while creating a high energy culture and providing exceptional customer service. . Ideally, to qualify for this role, you will have experience in the different facets critical in small business: sales, on-the-ground marketing, administration, operations and leading a small team of people.
Compensation: $42,000-$45,000 base salary plus bonuses and tips when on the trucks

Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):

• Servicing our customers, by estimating jobs and loading the trucks with your staff

• Proactively creating a safe working culture and ensuring teams have a safety first focus

• Overseeing the safe operation and basic maintenance of our 1-800-GOT-JUNK trucks

• Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise

• Execute ground game marketing plans such as putting up signs, hanging door hangers and doing junk patrol to develop our brand awareness and new business

• Maintaining accurate information related to sales, estimates, job/truck and other operational details using our business systems.)

• Build & maintain relationships with customers, realtors, property managers and other service companies within companies’ target markets to increase sales 

• Achievement of all operational critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To qualify, candidates must possess:

• High-energy and the grit to help get this business off the ground

• A great attitude and strong multi-tasking, time management skills

• 3 year of operations management experience overseeing similar duties as outlined above

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Strong sales and service skills

• Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals

• Valid driver's license
