Week 2: Saturday Sunday Wednesday Thursday 6pm-6am

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Overnight Security Operations Support.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a vigilant and proactive individual to provide overnight support for our security operations. The Overnight Operations Support role plays a crucial part in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises during nighttime hours, ensuring rapid response to any incidents or emergencies, and assisting security personnel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor schedules for missing clock ins
• Answer employee calls and problem-solve
• Monitor cameras and gps tracks of patrol cars
• Answer dispatch calls and assist dispatch with routing to the appropriate employee
• Assist on-duty security officers with tasks such as access control, visitor management, and incident documentation.
• Conduct audits and approvals of reports coming in.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of security-related activities, incidents, and patrols.
• Communicate effectively with on-duty security personnel, supervisors, and clients to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security or law enforcement is preferred.
• Previous experience in security operations, preferred not required
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to detect and respond to security threats effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
• This would be a 12 hour rotating schedule working every other weekend.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
