Wenlock Talent is Hiring a HR Manager Near Tremonton, UT

What you’ll do

  • Work collaboratively with the Human Resource team to implement, monitor, and successfully perform Policy Deployment.
  • Provide employee support, assist employees, and manage issues while providing seamless customer service.
  • Manage and encourage continual improvements in the location and the efficiency of the HR department and services performed.
  • Lead group staff meeting, employee events and attend other meetings and seminars as assigned.
  • Collaborate with management teams to ensure strategic alignment of human resources goals and objectives.
  • Lead the HR Strategic Plan and be an active participant in on-going events, projects and initiatives that support the location.
  • Assure Company interests and bottom line are maintained in all activities.
  • Maintain Company image both internally and externally.
  • Participate in HR yearly budget planning, monitoring and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Lead the annual merit review and salary budgeting process.
  • Attend and respond to the ongoing Human Resource needs of employees.
  • Ensures all employees receive proper training and having current training records. Host training and plan sessions.
  • Manage the coordination of community involvement and philanthropic activities for the lotion. Participate in events as needed.
  • Lead local HR Projects and support regional projects.
  • Perform HR duties involving contact with and exposure to highly confidential materials and information.
  • Understand and work in the Human Resource Information System records and reports from database.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (i.e. EEOC, Human Rights, OFCCP, DHS, ATF and OSHA). Vendor relationship management – Monitor outside legal counsel and ensure service provided is in line with agreed key performance indicators.
  • Support deployment of HR programs, including reporting, staffing, headcount planning/reporting, retention, and career development (Prioritized Development Action Plans). Manage the annual site Talent Management process.
  • Lead performance management efforts to include conflict resolution and corrective action. Performance Improve Plans (PIPs), Notice of Cautions (NOCs), and Discussions (NOCs). Work with managers through disciplinary actions as required to enforce Company rules and policies.
  • Administer and Support Training and Development Efforts.

What is required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
  • Proved 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Human Resource experience in large scale manufacturing or production environments.
  • Detailed-oriented and have the ability to think “outside the box” and prioritize tasks and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Self-directed, yet effective working part of a collaborative R team and understands HR’s role.
  • Experience in training and development.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
