Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed audits at various worksites to pinpoint hazards and verify compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate in crafting and rolling out strategies aimed at mitigating risks.
- Enhance safety awareness by conducting training sessions for onsite personnel.
- Keep abreast of changes in safety regulations and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accordingly.
- Investigate incidents and safety complaints within the workplace.
- Issue documentation to employees who do not comply with safety protocols.
- Organize and oversee training sessions as required by operational needs.
- Effective interpersonal skills across all levels from management to onsite workers.
