Description

 Position Summary: The office Manager supports the management of financial resources and infrastructure across a faith-based organization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in judiciously managing of the fiscal assets. 
  • Oversee income streams like collections and tuition deposits. 
  • Direct Bookkeeper and contracted accounting services. 
  • Manage contract renewals and major financial matters. 
  • Cultivate staff and volunteer compliance with financial procedures. 
  • Prepare and participate in budget planning. 
  • Lead business and communication staff meetings. 
  • Effectively plan, delegate, and evaluate workflows. 

Requirements

 Qualifications: 

  • Three or more years of small business finance experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. 
  • Attention to detail, patience, judgment, problem-solving, and initiative. 
  • Background in a faith-based organization preferred 
  • Availability for some weekend or evening meetings.
