Description

 We are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk on a temporary basis. The Temporary Payroll Clerk will be responsible for assisting in the payroll processing functions of the company using ADP software. This is a hybrid role, requiring both on-site and remote work.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in processing payroll accurately and timely using ADP software. 
• Verify timesheets and ensure accurate recording of employee hours worked. 
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters. 
• Assist with payroll reporting and analysis as needed. 
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information at all times. 

Requirements

 Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably using ADP software. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
