CAMP COUNSELOR - JUNE 10TH START
Overview
Provide specialized supervision, guidance, and instruction to camp attendees (trainees) in a team setting. Crew Trainers lead or support educational activities on topics such as the history of space, robotics/cyber, and aviation programs. They also lead and support activities in a variety of camp-related topics such as the Mission Center Complex (MCC), Aviation Challenge (AC), Robotics and Cyber Camp Programs, museum simulators, Space Camp program activities, Ropes Course Facilitator, Logistics/Camp Operations, and/or Airport transport and Extended Duration activities. Crew Trainers are ultimately responsible for ensuring trainees receive a quality, safe, and secure camp experience.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Must be at least 19 years old.
Education: Prefer a minimum of 20 hours completed college credit. Life and professional experience may substitute for required hours of education.
Preferred Education and Experience: Experience working with children in a structured environment (e.g., coaching, tutoring, teaching). Previous experience in a similar educational, instructional camp, space exploration work environment, or military experience is a definite plus. Must possess excellent communication and instructional skills and be a positive role model. Must exhibit strong leadership skills.
