Accounts Payable Manager/Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing as the AP Manager:

• Supervises associates, overseeing staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Leads small teams on special projects assigned by management.
• Conducts detailed reviews of complex journal entries.
• Prepares and publishes internal month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
• Performs and/or reviews complex accounting reconciliations and balance sheet trend analysis.
• Prepares and reviews schedules for internal/external auditors.
• Ensures compliance with accounting policies and reporting deadlines, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
• Provides strategic recommendations for process improvements and efficient resource utilization.

About You as the AP Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. (Required)
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Invoicing Processing tools, and Cash Applications.
• 5 years experience AP, including management/supervisory roles. (Required)
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
