Job Title: Customer Care (14268956)
Duration: 6-12 months (Possible for Contract To Hire)
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: USMOR00002 1101 Shiloh Glenn Drive Morrisville NC 27560
Pay Rate: $21.5/hr
Customer Care Associate
Local candidates Raleigh/Durham/Morrisville, NC area, hybrid work schedule offered after contractor is fully trained up, possible temp to hire.
First two weeks 100% in office.
Hybrid there on out Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday in Office Monday and Friday off site.
Office Hours 8-5 with an hour lunch.
Teams video conference interviews
Duties to include:
- Customers Orders into SAP B1
- Customer Order from SAP into S4
- Track Order Shipped Status
- Close out Order Delivery in S4
- Create Notes in SAP B1
- Send to Carol to create Customer Invoice
- Send Invoice to customers
- Pricing and Delivery Requests
- Lead Times Report pending for access
- Order Status Report pending for access
- Manage Phones/Chat (daily)
- Customer Care activities 40 cases a day
- Should possess intermediate computer skills, able to navigate/toggle between multiple screens/platforms, strong attention to details. Possible temp to hire for the right candidates meeting performance/productivity goals.
