Duties include:

Order Entry

• Process, verify and enter load data into Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments

Carrier Management

• Locate carrier capacity and negotiate competitive rates
• Vet, add, and assure carrier compliance and records into TMS
• Build and maintain carrier relationships to ensure capacity

Load Management

• Confirm load requirements with carrier dispatchers and process rate confirmations
• Manage daily activity through check calls and emails
• Maintain real-time status updates in our TMS; pickup, locations, ETA, delivery, etc
• Flag potential transit issues and OS&D’s, prevent losses, notify team members
