Position: Maintenance Mechanic

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour 

Reports to: Maintenance Manager 

Department: Maintenance 

Shift: Swing Shift (Full-Time) 

Schedule: 4PM-2AM (Monday through Friday) 

Liberty Tire Recycling is the premier provider of tire recycling services in the United States. Our Salt Lake City, Utah facility is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic. 
• Must have a strong understanding and experience in preventative maintenance programs. 
• Must be familiar with LOTO. 
• Must be able to follow and adhere to all applicable OSHA and environmental compliance requirements. 
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment. 
• Must be able to utilize machine tool manuals, technical documents, internal and vendor resources to research machine issues. 
• Complete and submit proper documentation related to the status and time spent on machine issues and repairs
