We are looking for a Bilingual Hands On Industrial Maintenance Manager who will support the plant’s production lines and fleet to ensure equipment is operable and in condition to exceed customer and company expectations for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Preventative Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
Working in conjunction with others to develop to develop skills and training to workers.
The Industrial Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all plant equipment, rolling stock, preventative and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, buildings and grounds. The position performs other duties as required to promote overall plant and fleet productivity with safety and personal health effectiveness.
This is a hands-on position to include manual labor, climbing, squatting and lifting up to 50lbs.

$7,000 - Sign on bonus with a payout as follows:
$1,000 - paid following 30 days active employment
$1,500 - paid following 90 days active employment
$1,500 - paid following 180 days active employment
$3,000 - paid following 365 days active employment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud when operations are in process. Light levels will be experience during periods in which the machines are not operational. Employee will be subject to weather conditions, not limited to rain, wind and heat and cold. Employees are required to wear protective equipment (PPE) as assigned by their designated work area.
