Overview:
The Client Development Manager (CDM) plays a critical leadership role within Polygon by overseeing and guiding initiatives to acquire new clients and expand the existing client base driving revenue growth. This position involves identifying, building relationships with, and converting prospective clients into long-term clients.
The CDM will be engaged in coaching local sales and territory management on the quality of customers, expansion of revenue with current and introduction of new clients that enhance the health of Polygon US revenue. The focus is to increase services and loyalty between Polygon and the Customer.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field preferred or equivalent
experience.
• Ability to successfully manage a long sales cycle up to 2 years.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in client development, sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• Proven sales strategies to deliver high value without commodity tactics
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Knowledge of the specific industry and target market is a plus.
Additional Skills:
• CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Social media marketing skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion to build strong long-term client relationships.
