- Actively manages the execution of both ongoing and ad-hoc projects, consistently taking proactive measures to ensure the timely completion of tasks
- Proactively assist the Team Manager in project execution and support initiatives
- While performing tasks, continuously strive for enhancements and actively pursue opportunities for change rather than settling for the status quo
- Support in crafting financial strategies and compiling reports
- Perform financial analysis and research to bolster strategic decision-making efforts
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends and variances
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Engage with various departments to collect financial data and offer valuable insights through collaboration
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Ensure the maintenance and organization of precise records, documentation, and files on cloud servers
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL and financial modeling
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with financial software
- Experience with EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Word
- Salary: 52K-55K
