RESPONSIBILITES:

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

• Assist customers with navigating the e-commerce platform and processing orders
• Resolve complaints and issues professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions
• Provide product information, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in customer service or e-commerce support preferred
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Strong and effective communication skills through phone and in person
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
