RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively manages the execution of both ongoing and ad-hoc projects, consistently taking proactive measures to ensure the timely completion of tasks
• Proactively assist the Team Manager in project execution and support initiatives
• While performing tasks, continuously strive for enhancements and actively pursue opportunities for change rather than settling for the status quo
• Support in crafting financial strategies and compiling reports
• Perform financial analysis and research to bolster strategic decision-making efforts
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends and variances
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Engage with various departments to collect financial data and offer valuable insights through collaboration
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Ensure the maintenance and organization of precise records, documentation, and files on cloud servers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL and financial modeling
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with financial software
• Experience with EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Word
