Job Description:
Actively participate in the selection, orientation and training of BOH staff. Stay well informed and aware of staffing needs, while anticipating future needs.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
monitor that all employees are following company protocol and guidelines.
As the head chef/back of house manager you will be responsible for ensuring the food is prepared and cooked efficiently while maintaining quality. You will also be in charge of the kitchen area, that means delegating tasks to your kitchen staff. You must have a strong professional leadership skill with verified cooking experience. Pay is based on the knowledge and skills you bring to the position.
