Tasks
- Complete quotations per customer requests.
- Advise client regarding the function and use of Spare and Wear parts.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather relevant information from the customer to enable you to identify and fulfil their need.
- Identification of spare parts.
- Create complete Client Quotations & Orders for Spare and Wear Parts (commercial / technical).
- Processing of technical / commercial enquiries (feedback, pass on to 2nd level).
- Work with BOMs (Bill of Material / Part List), customer project documents, technical drawings.
- Co-operation with Second Level Support in the Quotation Process.
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Customer Service, Manufacturing, Installation or Service, Sales.
- Sound PC and software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office).
- SAP experience is preferred (SD Module, Stock, Purchasing).
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional time-management / organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Reliable.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Communicative.
- Can speak and write in English.
- Ability to speak German is a plus.
