PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY:
· 2-3 years Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources Onboarding experience is required
· Must reside within commuting distance of Plainsboro, NJ and will be required to report 3x a week onsite, 2x a week remote
· Onboarding experience is required
· Reviewing and processing onboarding documents and onboarding paperwork
· I-9 review and process experience

· Hourly Pay: $30.66/hr
· Description:
The HR Onboarding Specialist handles the operational objectives of assigned activities for the Talent Acquisition Operational processes, programs, and/or services. Frequent contact with department leadership, business stakeholders, and candidates outside the organization.
Responsibilities:• Review and confirm accuracy of offer details in advance of offer preparation.
