BANKING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Financial & Investment Services | Temp to Perm Career Opportunity | $25.00/hr Overtime | Full Time Hours

Immediate hybrid opportunity available in Lake Mary, FL with one of the largest and most recognized Financial Services & Investment Management corporations in the world.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2 years strong Call Center, Customer Service, Contact Center or Client Services experience is required

· Experience working for a large financial or banking instruction is a huge plus!

· Understanding of financial services and investment terminologies is a plus

· Must reside within commuting distance of Lake Mary, FL and will be required to start with 1-2x a week onsite and 3-4 days remote

· Must showcase job stability and a career path

· Perfect attendance is a requirement

· Must have professional communication skills

· Previous banking operations experience is preferred
