· Data Entry – Basic data entry tasks which include logging transactions, crafting spreadsheets, updating computer system.
· Clerical Duties – Answering phones, scanning documents, filing, running errands, assisting sales reps with paperwork.
· Customer Service – Assisting customers with their account balances via phone or email.
· Collections – Follow up with customers on past due invoices as well as notifying sales representatives on payment statuses.
· Back-up – Serve as backup to Office Manager on receiving paperwork, entering accounts payable invoices.
· Other duties as assigned
Must have Quickbooks, Excel and Outlook knowledge.
