Dependable repair technician needed for a well-maintained and well-managed owner-operated apartment community located in the West Knoxville, Tennessee area.
This can potentially be a live-in opportunity after a trial period. Experience in multi family maintenance is a plus.
Requirements :
- Friendly community.
- Candidate must be proficient at all interior repairs that would be needed at an apartment community. In other words, any repairs on the living side of the walls.
- Must work skillfully and efficiently.
- HVAC certification can command a higher salary.
- Must be willing to be on emergency calls on a rotating basis.
- Potential to live on site.
