Dependable maintenance technician needed for a well-maintained and well-managed owner-operated apartment community located in NW Cleveland, Tennessee.
Requirements:

Must have own basic tools, good repair skills, and good people skills.
We are looking for employees who want a career vs. a job. Great potential for future growth and upward mobility.
Comfortable working environment.
Friendly community.
On call rotation
Candidate must be proficient at all interior repairs that would be needed at an apartment community. In other words, any repairs on the living side of the walls.
Must work skillfully and efficiently.
HVAC certification is extremely helpful.
Must be willing to be on emergency call on a rotating basis.
