Dependable maintenance technician needed for a well-maintained and well-managed owner-operated apartment community located in the West Knoxville, Tennessee area. This is a potential live in position.

- Must have own basic tools, good repair skills, and good people skills.
- We are looking for employees who want a career vs. a job. Great potential for future growth and upward mobility.
- Comfortable working environment.
- Friendly community.
- On call rotation
- Candidate must be proficient at all interior repairs that would be needed at an apartment community. In other words, any repairs on the living side of the walls.
- Must work skillfully and efficiently.
- HVAC certification is extremely helpful.
- Must be willing to be on emergency call on a rotating basis.
