CJ Lombardo is Hiring a Leasing Consultant Near Antioch, TN
Leasing professional needed for 200 unit OWNER OPERATED gated apartment community. Hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30-5:00 pm. Comfortable work environment. You'll get your own office in an attractive club house. We are looking for a special person with a great personality who has apartment leasing/management experience and can assist with answering phone calls and emails. There is room for growth into a full-time position. This candidate will be an employee of the owners of the property, not an outside management company. Candidate is eligible for incentives for leases and renewals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, set appointments and greet potential residents.
- Accept applications and prepare leases.
- Provide support with marketing and advertising.
- Show vacant apartments or model apartments to prospective residents.
- Provide support and team up with the property manager to insure property runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Give our customers first-class service and support.
- Apartment leasing experience.
- You must be dependable.
- You must have sufficient computer skills and a good phone presentation.
- You must have your own dependable transportation.
