Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Sacramento, CA
- Provides inbound telephone coverage, answers general product and service questions;explains company services.
- Places outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments for existing customers, follow up on appointments, etc.
- Accurately enters data entry into the operating system (Service Titan).
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
- Introduce and promote company products/services to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Record and document all interactions and feedback for future follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
- Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
- Set up appointments with customers who are interested in service
- Other duties are assigned as needed by needs of the Company.
- 1 years in a call center or customer service position
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
