Were looking for an adaptable, dynamic, and organized Human Resources Manager who understands that our employees are our most important asset. In this role, you will also be responsible for leading our HR function in order to recruit, develop, and retain best-in-class talent that enables the company's growth plans. This role will join our Human Resources department, which is responsible for managing and optimizing the companys workforce to foster an environment where our employees can thrive.
A taste of the HR Manager role:
Implement and support HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage and oversee employee relations, employee onboarding procedures, and all company-wide communication as it pertains to HR policies, employee announcements, and benefits
Manage all HR-related internal communications and partner with key stakeholders to craft appropriate messaging when necessary.
Executing opportunities to improve the employee experience to better align with talent acquisition and retention goals.
Execute the recruitment process, including full life-cycle recruiting for all levels and departments within the organization.
Problem solving for efficiently streamlining contract hiring for diverse skill requirements
Execute and support compensation, benefits, and leave of absence administration
Nurture a positive and safe working environment for all on-site, hybrid, and remote employees.
Manage, process, and analyze payroll on a bi-weekly basis; liaise with Finance to maintain accurate reporting
Ensure legal compliance in accordance with state policies.
Execute the employee engagement process in collaboration with the People Operations Supervisor; catered lunches, celebrating employee life events, holidays, work anniversaries, and business accomplishments.
What youll bring to the table:
5 years of experience in an HR-focused role
Exceptional respect for integrity and confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High comfort level with GSuite products; Google Slides, Google Sheets, GDrive, or equivalent comfort level with Microsoft products
Working knowledge of HRIS or payroll software
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Contagious enthusiasm for the company, mission, product, and people
Event planning and budget management experience is a plus
