Job Description : As a sales development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and helping homeowners make their homes more energy efficient.

You are not just a representative; you're the first point of contact that customers have with Synergy Companies. Key Responsibilities : Door-to-Door outreach : Identify and prioritize potential customers who can benefit from our range of energy-saving products and services through door-to-door marketing Educate and Inform : Provide potential customers with information on the benefits of our solutions, helping them make informed decisions and creating a positive first impression.

Appointment setting : Schedule appointments for our class A sales team to conduct in-home energy assessment and provide tailed solutions Compensation and Benefits : In addition to a competitive $20 / hour pay, you also receive Additional earnings based on performance Phone allowance Monthly bonuses and incentives 401K with company match after 1 year Full time employees receive Medical ( Kaiser insurance at no cost to employee) Out of pocket for their dependents ( Discounted) Vacation 40 hours per year eligible after 1 year of employment Dental Insurance 3 days paid sick time after 90 days of employment car allowance Preferred skills, abilities, Soft skills factors : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field in a plus but not required Why Synergy Companies : At Synergy Companies, we're dedicated to creating a sustainable and energy-efficient future.
