Position Overview:
The Slot Attendant is responsible to provide outstanding customer service. Slot Attendants will accomplish this service standard by timely responding to customer needs including but not limited to, hand pay jackpots, minor machine repairs and replenishing ticket voucher paper. All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
