Essential Job Functions:

• Must be willing and able to support and troubleshoot solutions for a 24/7 operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Surveillance Director.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of equipment malfunctions and repairs performed.
• Maintain and install access control systems.
• Oversee installation, programming, and maintenance, both ad-hoc and preventative of the entirety of the CCTV (Close Circuit Television) systems. Including but not limited to: Analog/Digital Video Matrix, Recording solutions NVRs, and Cameras. Including Installation of all CCTV systems.
• Perform routine and systematic cleaning and preventative maintenance of NVR’s, Network equipment, video monitors, video cameras, pan/tilt motors and gears, system processor and controls and system peripheral equipment.
• Manage projects and make sure all systems are functioning, and all repairs are being made in a timely manner to meet Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) regulations.
• Lead the planning, placement and installation of cameras and support equipment into new or reconfigures casino and/or security areas.
• Install and repair, reposition, or remove various types of audio and/or video cameras, monitors, DRV’s which may include the installation of new service or electrical lines throughout the Casino and Property.
• Implement all necessary changes to the approved digital systems.
• Provide and maintain property AutoCad maps for PGCB and for the property.
• Maintain all systems/modules interfacing with the surveillance core unit.
• Work with the purchasing department for the procurement of technology and related equipment. Assists in the ordering and stocking of necessary cleaning supplies and spare parts.
• Assume responsibility for all Category 5 or higher cabling projects for property related installations.
• Drive/Operate company vehicles or complete Surveillance work on and off property (Scissor lift, Boom lift, ladders etc.)

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.
• Three (3) years’ related or gaming experience.
• Three (3) years’ experience with C.C.T.V. systems or related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and dedicated commitment to excellence.
• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the employees throughout all levels of the Mount Airy Casino Resort.
• Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid license as required by the PA Gaming Control Board.
• Must demonstrate leadership, fairness and sensibility to the customers and employees.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of all Federal and State Laws and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations.
• Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

• Must be able to climb or balance, stoop, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and/or push, pull up to 150 pounds.
• Must be able to use repetitive movements to complete tasks.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.
