Growing title company is seeking a detail oriented, personable, and organized individual with proven customer service skills to process and coordinate residential and commercial real estate titles and closings. Experience in the real estate field is preferred, but not required. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure is a bonus. Knowledge of computers, computer systems, and the internet is an absolute must. Some of the tasks that this position requires are as follows:
Ordering lien letters
Ordering corporate documents
Effectively organize, plan, and prioritize work
Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data and process information
Preparing preliminary title reports
Communicating with clients on a daily basis regarding status of open files
Coordinating closings with lenders, investors, and real estate agents
Preparing closing disclosures and settlement statements in conjunction with lenders
Drafting of deeds and other documents for closing
Effectively organize, plan, and prioritize work
JOB TYPE: Full Time
COMPENSATION: $20-30/hour or salaried
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,125.00 - $50,000.00 per year
