POSITION SUMMARY:
ECO Roof and Solar maintains unparalleled production and specializes in top of the line roof systems. Our extensive product knowledge provides property owners with the crew and support to install all types of steep slope roofing products (Slate, Tile, Stone Coated Steel, Synthetic Slate, and all low slope products including (single ply, torch hot applied, cold applied, mechanically fastened, insulation, eps and all other low slope roof products). The ECO Roof and Solar Commercial Superintendent must demonstrate an understanding of all products and their specifications for installation.

• Maintain daily job site log
• Drive cost-effective management techniques and strategies in the field
• Coordinate all construction services and activities
• Maintain strict build-out construction schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate all construction services and activities
• Work directly with Sales Consultants to schedule jobs, as discussed with property owners, sales reps, and or Managers
• Keep a weekly log of all jobs completed, and in progress, with ECO Roof and Solar
• Run day-to-day operations on the sift and control short-term schedule
• Commitment to completion of jobs on time and within budget
• Lead work activities
• Maintain a working relationship with all contractors to ensure proper work and equipment needs are met
• Must be able to terminate ongoing work with any subcontractors and enforce disciplinary actions to those who do not complete work up to ECO Roof and Solar requirements
• Compute costs by identifying materials, purchased items, fabrication processes and time requirements using software and established rate tables per blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Work With Purchasing Department to solicit and collect material costs.
• Work with Production Department to establish fabrication rates and options for fabrication methods
• Maintain metrics related to quality and timeliness of estimates supplied to customers
• Regularly review Job Costings to establish accuracy of estimates and estimating process
• Solicit feedback from Production to improve estimating accuracy
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Contribute to team effort by performing duties within Production Department, as needed
• Willingness to travel regularly to participate in site visits at potential opportunities

• Material ordering, delivery and management
• Site supervision and control of quality, installation and safety

• Scheduling of crews, deliveries, trade work etc.
• Management and supervision of roof crews and trade work
• Job completion verification
• City and Manufacturer Inspection Scheduling and Management

• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA 30 minimum
• Forklift Certification
