Planter Sales Representative

(First year $80k - $120k including base salary and bonus at quota)

Additional bonus uncapped for exceeding quota

As the Planter Sales Representative, you will be the face of our planter business segment, educating our communities on the design, manufacturing and benefits of beautiful outdoor planters while prospecting and developing strong, professional relationships with the sales team and your prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Use target selling to drive growth of Anova planters sales for the segment to 3.5MM in 2024.
• Use customer acquisition strategy to build a pipeline that has a win % greater than 75% to achieve segment sales goals.
• Become a preferred resource to top customers, their go to expert, for all things planter related.
• Use customer acquisition strategy to identify prospects that closely match key characteristics of our best customers.
• Manage a targeted account list through relationship development of contacts.

Requirements:

• Successful sales experience - A D Sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
• Coachable
• Strong relationship building
• Positive attitude - present solutions, not excuses
• Self-awareness
• Willingness to Travel up to 40%
  • Mostly local and some overnight

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, related field preferred or equivalent experience
