The HVAC Service Sales/Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with existing Building Owners, Facility Managers, Property Managers and Building Operators in the Jacksonville, Florida community to assist them with their Mechanical, Electrical and Building Automation needs. They will possess the ability to make new connections quickly to assess prospective customer needs and sell technical mechanical goods and services. This position requires a supportive individual who can manage multiple priorities including marketing, specifying, estimating, influencing, closing, and executing orders of mechanical equipment and systems resulting in the development and support of key accounts.
