Controller - La Mirada, CA

Reporting to the President/CEO you will oversee the company's financial and accounting functions. This role involves managing financial systems, monthly accounting close, forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing operational results. Additionally, you will also be responsible for personnel management in the finance and accounting department, supporting manufacturing and production efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards, and contributing to special projects.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification preferred, with ten plus years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in defense or aerospace industries.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
