We are adding a dispatcher to our team. Do you thrive on attention to detail and managing chaos ? Will your communication skills make our heads spin? We need an organizational guru ready to keep our vehicles rolling.

Our team is tasked with transporting non emergent patients from place to place. We care about the patients that we transport and have a mission attitude towards their care. We are there for them 7 days a week . The person we hire will be required to work some weekends and holidays .

Responsibilities 

• Receive inbound customer phone calls
• Make outbound phone calls to communicate with team members and customers 
• Data entry
• Keep track of multiple vehicles in the field and coordinate pickups and drop-offs to maximize efficiency 
• Collect credit card payments from customers
• Back-office projects as assigned

Pay: Commensurate with experience
